These Terms are subject to the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in the District of Columbia. By using this Site you consent to the Personal Jurisdiction of the courts in the District of Columbia, and you agree that if any content, terms, condition or service offered by this Site is inconsistent with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are accessing this Site, this Site and its service is not for you and you are not authorized to use it.

When you complete our online Client Consultation Request Form or otherwise contact us, we collect: Your name, email address, phone number, practice area of interest, and details regarding your legal matter. This information is collected for the sole purpose of evaluating your legal matter and developing an appropriate course of action.
